Work on the airport's terminal integration programme began in 2022.
The Bvlgari Lighthouse has been designed by architecture company Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
The development has been allocated a budget of $224m and aims to meet at least LEED Gold certification standards.
The complex will be used for public swimming, lessons, galas, and competitive events.
The Levy is intended for funding training and skills development.
The company also announced that it has opened applications for the programme’s seventh round.
The first added bridge spans 601m while the second extends 664m, both designed to handle 3,200 vehicles per hour.
The awards mean that the HHAP has committed more than $133.8m in the current funding cycle.
