The acquisition is expected to bolster Blackwell 3D’s commitment to rapid project readiness and expand its market reach.
Spanning approximately 8,300m², the new site will consolidate all operational buildings into a single location.
The development's first phase will see the erection of three buildings, collectively offering approximately 600,000ft² of space.
The deal, valued at approximately €53m, will include a 78,000m² complex.
The new facility will be built on National Defence property in the Engle Business District (Phase 2).
The new two-storey building will have classrooms and laboratories, enabling the campus to expand its enrolment.
Construction of the units is valued at approximately SR1bn and the project encompasses 150,000m².
The 14-acre development is being financed by RBEC and developed by Blue Investment.
