The £85m ($107.27m) facility has been constructed by GRAHAM-BAM Healthcare Partnership.
Construction of the school building is scheduled to start in April 2024.
The company will be responsible for constructing an underground commuter train station, extending over 250 metres in Haga district.
The building will encompass eight storeys dedicated to biomedical research.
The development phase is set to introduce 40 new residential lots to the community.
The framework involves civil engineering and building tasks at existing and new stations across the UK.
The deal will broaden Saint-Gobain's product range and bolster its position in light and sustainable construction in the country.
