Dubai is set to develop Therme Dubai, a well-being resort and interactive park, with an estimated Dh2bn ($544m) of investment.
Set to be developed within Zabeel Park, the initiative is a collaboration with Therme Group and aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan’s vision for vibrant, healthy communities.
The Therme Dubai project is anticipated to be completed by 2028 and will be funded via a consortium of local and international financing partners.
The development aims to foster a wholesome environment for residents and visitors, enhancing Dubai’s global competitiveness and medical tourism sector.
Spanning 500,000ft² and standing 100m tall, Therme Dubai is designed to host up to 1.7 million visitors annually.
It will feature natural therapeutic zones, thermal pools, and dedicated floors for well-being and relaxation, including a Michelin-starred restaurant and a play area with 15 waterslides.
