US-based real estate developer Wood Partners has broken ground on its new residential community Alta Grandway in Katy, Texas, US.
As construction progresses, Alta Grandway is planned to open pre-leasing in early 2024 and welcome residents by May of that year.
Alta Grandway will feature 336 apartment units in a garden-style community, with one, two, and three-bedroom customised floor plans.
Each property will include modern interior finishes complemented by high-end fixtures to serve its residents.
Stainless-steel appliance packages, granite countertops, designer tile backsplash tiling, 42in cabinetry and wood-style flooring in the living areas and carpeted bedrooms, as well as added full-size in-unit washer and dryer sets, are among its included amenities.
