House-builder Weston Homes has unveiled plans for £100m multi-storey flats scheme on a 4.6-acre industrial site in south London, the UK.
The scheme, which has full planning permission, will be built on the old Dylon factory site by the railway line in Sydenham.
It will transform the factory site to 254 apartments across two buildings, featuring undercroft basement parking, children’s play space, and landscaped gardens.
The two buildings will range between four and 11 storeys in height.
Construction on the project is planned to start next year on a 20-month build programme, according to Construction Enquirer.
It forms the second phase of the of the Dylon redevelopment works.

The buildings will have full height windows, balconies and tiered roofscapes complete with feature London Yellow Stock brickwork and provide a link to residential buildings that are nearby.
Weston Homes chairman and manging director Bob Weston was cited by Construction Index as saying “The acquisition of the Dylon factory works site in up-and-coming Lower Sydenham will enable Weston Homes to deliver a new apartment scheme which is perfect for first time buyers and young couples/families.
