“We have a strong track record of working with partners to deliver high-quality mixed-tenure housing and St James’ Park is a great example of the sustainable long-term communities we have become known for. We look forward to completing the remainder of this phase over the coming months.”
The 42 affordable homes form a part of 103 homes in total being delivered by the company as part of the latest phase of the St James’ Park development.
