London-based property developer Valouran has announced plans for a residential-led development in Notting Hill’s Westbourne Grove, UK, with a gross development value exceeding £225m ($298.9m).
The project will transform a 100,000ft² mixed-use site, delivering 28 customised homes, along with retail space at street and lower ground levels.
The development will introduce a new mansion block on Hereford Road, enhance Westbourne Grove, and revamp Hereford Mews, offering residences ranging from one to four bedrooms.
These homes will be a mix of retained and newly constructed buildings, designed by Pilbrow & Partners.
In addition to residential spaces, Valouran aims to refurbish the former Redan pub on Westbourne Grove into a restaurant, bar, and apartments.
The planning application for this redevelopment is expected to be submitted in late 2025, with construction anticipated to commence the following year.
