Tri Pointe Homes has unveiled plans to build The Townes at Willow Park, a townhome community in Cary, North Carolina, US.

This new project, which will feature approximately 134 homesites, is set to commence construction in late 2025.

Prices for these homes start in the $500,000s, with sales expected to start in early 2026.

Situated at the intersection of McCrimmon Parkway and Louis Stephens Drive, the new community will provide homebuyers with a choice of four, two-storey townhome plans.

These homes will range from approximately 2,000ft² to 2,500ft², including options with up to four bedrooms and two-bay front-load garages.

Tri Pointe Homes Raleigh community experience vice-president James Flanagan said: “At the Townes at Willow Park, life meets luxury, style and convenience.

“We are excited to expand our portfolio of communities in the Triangle with the Townes at Willow Park and are confident homebuyers will be drawn to its location and enjoy our premier design choices.”

The community is designed to cater to modern living with amenities such as a gathering space with a fire pit and seating.

The Townes at Willow Park offers easy access to the Research Triangle Park and higher education institutions such as North Carolina State University, Duke University, and the University of North Carolina.

The development is also close to the Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Downtown Cary Park, Lake Crabtree, and various shops and restaurants.

Last month, Tri Pointe Homes commenced the construction of The Crossings at Lake Creek in Heber City, Utah, US.

This development will comprise an estimated 139 single-family homes.
