Sweid & Sweid has awarded Dutco Construction a contract for its Dh730m ($198.72m) Grade A office development, Sweid One, located in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT), Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The project marks a continuation of the longstanding partnership between the two companies, following their collaboration on the Visa headquarters in Dubai Internet City.
Sweid One is set to offer 500,000ft² of premium office space, designed to attract tenants seeking quality workplace environments in JLT.
The development promises to differentiate itself with food and beverage options, enhancing the appeal for potential occupants.
Addressing the parking concerns common in the area, Sweid One will feature four underground parking levels that span the building’s entire footprint, as well as a dedicated visitor parking structure.
The development is also designed with accessibility in mind, offering dual entry points and a shuttle bus service for convenient metro station access.
