American company Stanley Martin Homes has acquired a 17.13-acre site at 1065 Fayetteville Road SE in DeKalb County, Georgia, US, for its new residential project Sugar Creek.
The site will feature 103 townhomes aimed at new homebuyers and is located just 15 minutes from Downtown Atlanta.
The Sugar Creek development is strategically positioned, being three miles from the East Lake MARTA train station, 1.6 miles from the Moreland Street MARTA bus station, and 1.5 miles from Memorial Drive.
It is also one mile from the East Lake Golf Club, providing convenient access to transportation and leisure facilities.
The neighbourhood will offer a variety of home styles, including a three-storey townhome with an open-concept floor plan and a home office on the first floor.
Additionally, a larger two-storey townhome will be available, designed to resemble a single-family home, catering to diverse lifestyle preferences.
Stanley Martin Homes division president Mike Walters stated: “We are excited to bring this new community to DeKalb County. Sugar Creek will provide buyers with contemporary townhomes in an ideal location close to Atlanta’s amenities and transportation options, helping us meet the growing demand for urban housing.”
