All the new homes will be managed by Tipi, Quintain’s B2R business.

Canada Gardens will feature shared facilities, including a podium-level play area and a new park with several activities for children.

Other amenities include a clubhouse, BBQ area, allotments and a one-acre podium garden. The shared roof terrace will provide views of London and Wembley Stadium.

A super lobby, which will also be home to a new centralised Tipi HQ and marketing suite, will give access to all the homes.

Construction on Canada Gardens is slated for completion in 2020.
