US based construction firm Ryan Companies has broken ground for Tradition Preparatory High School in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
This school project will be the second phase of Renaissance Charter School, which is a K-8 Charter Schools USA/Red Apple Development (RAD) project that opened in 2013.
Ryan Companies was the developer for RAD and is now serving as the general contractor for the construction of Tradition Preparatory High School.
The 73,000ft2 school will open by August for middle school graduates of the 2021-22 session.
The school will have important features and facilities to provide good learning experience to students, including labs and opportunities to connect with healthcare and innovative enterprises throughout the community.
Ryan Companies vice president of real estate development Max Bosso said: “One of Ryan’s key strategies is repeat customers, and because of our expertise in delivering projects like Tradition Prep, it has been an honor to serve as the preferred developer for RAD and CSUSA for the last 11 years.
