American housing developer Redwood Living has revealed that construction is underway on its first new apartment neighbourhood in Nebraska, US.
Named Redwood Bellevue South 25th Street, the project will comprise 131 single-storey apartment units ranging from 1,294ft² to 1,620ft² in size.
Redwood acquisitions vice-president Paul DeKruiff said: “For more than 30 years, Redwood has thrived in suburban markets similar to those we will pursue throughout Nebraska.
“Residents appreciate the ability to rent an apartment that feels more like home, and we are confident that people across the Cornhusker State [Nebraska] will quickly embrace everything that makes a Redwood Neighbourhood so remarkable.”
The new neighbourhood is set to welcome its first residents by early next year.
The apartments will feature open floor designs, connected garages, and private entrances with individual street addresses.
