Quarterra Multifamily, a subsidiary of Lennar, has announced the commencement of construction on its residential community, Renata, in Santa Rosa, California, US.
The new 260-apartment home garden-style community marks the company’s first community in the region and the ninth development in Northern California.
Situated within the Perennial Park master-planned community, Renata will comprise a range of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.
The apartments, with sizes ranging from 650ft² to 1,077ft², will feature kitchens, living areas, and closet space in bedrooms.
The ten-acre property will also provide an outdoor courtyard, a resort-inspired pool with barbeque grilling stations, a clubhouse with a social lounge, a 24-hour fitness centre, and more.
Additionally, the community park will offer landscaped seating, picnic areas, a dog-run space, and a children’s play area.
