The NRP Group, an integrated developer, builder, and manager of multifamily housing, alongside American developer Rockefeller Group, has announced the ground-breaking of Silverado, a Class A apartment community featuring 342 units in Las Vegas, US.

Situated near the Southern Highlands Master-Planned Community, Silverado marks NRP’s entry into the Las Vegas market and is Rockefeller Group’s first multifamily project in Nevada.

Construction of Silverado is set for completion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2027. 

Silverado is situated in Enterprise, a fast-growing submarket in the US.  

It offers residents proximity to major job corridors, retail centres, and landmarks such as the Las Vegas Strip, Allegiant Stadium, and Harry Reid International Airport, all within a ten-mile radius.

The development will feature 15 three-storey garden-style residential buildings on a 13-acre site, offering 342 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.  

The project is designed by Las Vegas-based Perlman Architects.  

Silverado blends locally inspired architecture with upscale finishes such as stone and metal accents, distinguishing it from traditional stucco-style properties in the area. 

Silverado will include a 7,000ft² clubhouse building with a social and sports lounge, communal kitchen, a fitness room, and shared workspace with offices and meeting rooms tailored for remote professionals and students.  

The outdoor will provide amenities such as a pool, pickleball and bocce courts, dining and grilling areas, a yoga lawn, a fire pit, and a dog park. 

The apartments will feature upgraded cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and LED backlit bathroom mirrors.  

In September this year, Rockefeller Group and Matan Companies marked the start of construction of the first phase of the Port 460 Logistics Center in Suffolk, Virginia, US.
