Real estate development firm Propco has chosen UA Builders Group to develop its new residential ground-up project to be located at 764 E 152nd St in Bronx, New York, US.
Badaly and Badaly Architects has also been selected to design the seven-floor apartment building, which will feature 24 one-bedroom apartments and will cover 19,140ft² of space.
Equipped with various amenities, including on-site parking and a recreational area, the building will be developed to offer commuters close access to the Bruckner Expressway.
The construction will also provide the residents with recreational opportunities at the nearby St Mary's Park located in the distinctive Mott Haven neighbourhood.
UA Builders Group CEO Albert Gjonbalaj said: “The project will be another showcase for our integrated project delivery approach, which involves managing every stage of a project from conception to finished construction.”
To develop its projects, the company uses building information modelling (BIM), which is an improved process that uses 3D digital building models to collect, manage and share project data.
