Al Khail Avenue

Nakheel has launched a tender for enabling works at the new 3.6 million ft² Al Khail Avenue mall at Jumeirah Village Triangle in Dubai.

According to the Dubai-based developer, scope of the tender covers infrastructure services relocation, shoring works and excavation, ahead of the mall’s construction.

Al Khail Avenue mall is scheduled to open in 2018.

Leasing began in January and the project’s construction tender is due to be released by the end of second quarter of this year.

"Al Khail Avenue mall will have 350 shops…as well as al fresco dining on a promenade."

Located at Nakheel’s Jumeirah Village Triangle community, Al Khail Avenue mall will have 350 shops, including a supermarket, department stores and speciality outlets, as well as a multi-screen cinema and entertainment zone, and range of cafés, restaurants and al fresco dining on a promenade.

The mall was initially announced during the design stage in August 2014, and would serve as a new destination for visitors and residents across Dubai.
