Dubai Properties (DP) has unveiled the designs of Maram Residence, its new luxury residential project in the downtown Burj Khalifa district of Dubai.
The twin 27-storey towers will offer one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and six exclusive penthouse suites with spacious layouts and premium finishings.
Additional facilities include a business lounge, an indoor and outdoor children’s play area, a pool, gym and fitness facility, a jogging track, a sky garden and an infinity pool deck and lounge at roof level.
Dubai Properties Group Urban Planning and Infrastructure chief officer Mohammed Alhabbai said: "The location, luxury design and various facilities available at Maram Residence offer a more premium living experience in the heart of Dubai.
"Maram Residence will cater to the increased demand for luxury residential and commercial property in strategic locations across Dubai, and we anticipate that its launch will further support the development of Dubai by catering to its growing population."
A 19th floor viewing bridge will offer panoramic views of the tower’s surroundings and communal lobby areas will be shared by a maximum of four apartments per floor.

By GlobalDataThe company is also planning to create a landscaped outdoor terrace on the residential tower’s ground floor featuring seating areas, water features and a variety of community and retail outlets for the convenience of residents.
DP has initiated the contract awarding process, with the award of piling and enabling the contract going to NSCC.
In addition, DP has also launched the AED800m ($217m) mixed-use Dubai Wharf project, which features four towers with 582 residential units, 150 retail, dining and entertainment units, and more than 2,000 resident and visitor car parking spaces in the up and coming Culture Village district.
