London residential specialist HUB Residential has appointed Carillion to build two residential towers in London’s Royal Victoria Docks.
The CZWG Architects designed the Hub Residential Hoola project, which comprises two towers of 23 and 24 storeys and includes 360 homes for private sale.
HUB Residential development director Steve Sanham said: "They bring a wealth of experience and quality to a scheme that we see as a figurehead for housing development in London that is within reach of hard-working Londoners but does not compromise on design or standards."
Planning application for the project was submitted in October 2013, with a response anticipated by late January 2014.
Construction on the project is set to commence in the middle of this year, with scheduled completion in late 2016.
Carillion account director John Rodaway said the company has carried out other projects including Battersea, Kings Cross and Bankside and will now be working with Hub Residential to help deliver their ambitious plans to develop new housing in London.
