Under the latest contract, NCC will be responsible for building an elementary school for grades 1–3, a preschool, a counselling centre, and premises for municipal activities.
It will also build a sports hall and outdoor playing field.
The project is expected to complete in autumn of 2024.

By GlobalDataThe company is already building the Valkeavuori campus in the city of Kaarina outside Turku, and the Runosmäki multi-function centre for the City of Turku and Kaarina parish.
This order will be recorded by the company in Q3 2022 under the NCC Building Nordics business segment.
Earlier this month, NCC was selected by Nacka Municipality in Sweden to upgrade and expand Sickla school.
Most of the buildings in the school campus were built in 1950s and need upgrade.
To begin with, NCC will demolish one of the old buildings and replace it with a new, larger building.
A secondary school will also be built for Sickla school.
The campus will also feature Växthusets preschool.
