Dubai Holding Real Estate member Nakheel has awarded a Dh1.8bn ($186.09m) contract to ALEC Engineering & Contracting for the construction of Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Handover of the property is scheduled for the second quarter (Q2) of 2028, according to a press release on Zawya.
The 75-storey Como Residences will stand over 300m tall and offer a selection of 81 residences, ranging from two- to seven-bedroom apartments, including a duplex penthouse.
Each floor will house a maximum of two apartments.
The design of Como Residences ensures that every apartment offers a 180-degree view of the sea and city skyline.
Those situated from the 23rd level upwards will have access to a 360-degree view, stretching from Jumeirah Burj Al Arab in the east to Ain Dubai in the west.

Most floors of the tower will feature both communal and private pools.
The development will also include a rooftop infinity pool and an observation deck on the 75th floor.
Other amenities will include private parking, an on-site spa, a gym, green spaces, and children’s play areas.
Additionally, Como Residences will feature a grand entrance and main lobby, with valet and concierge services.

In May this year, Nakheel awarded infrastructure contracts for the next phase of development at Palm Jebel Ali in the UAE.
