Nakheel, a Dubai Holding Real Estate company, has unveiled a collaboration with six architecture companies to create ten distinct architectural styles for The Beach Collection villas at Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The project aims to integrate luxury with the natural environment of the destination.
The architects, encompassing WATG, SAOTA, Whitespace Architects, NAGA Architects, LOCI, and LW Design Group, have designed an exclusive collection of ten homes.
These residences are set to offer a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, with a focus on natural light and scenic views, reflecting the essence of Palm Jebel Ali’s oceanfront and vibrant cityscape.
The Beach Collection will feature five- and six-bedroom villas, ranging from 7,300ft² to 8,500ft², each with a “unique” and contemporary facade.
These grand residences are designed to offer privacy alongside views of the Arabian Gulf.
