Abu Dhabi-based general services company Musanada has reported progress in construction works of three courts buildings in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The project works valued at nearly AED150.3m ($40.9m) involve court buildings in Madinat Zayed, Mussafah and Al Rahba regions for the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD).
According to the company, the 7,572m2 Labour Court Building in Mussafah has a project value of AED77m.
The building is designed to house nine first instance halls, four appeals halls, two reconciliation halls, 28 judges offices and a reception space, among additional facilities.
Meanwhile, the 40,000m2 Madinat Zayed court project is valued at AED53m.
It features a built up area of 6,797m2 with three floors, four halls, as well as legal affairs departments such as notary public, attestation, family guidance and urgent matters, added Musanada.

ADJD under-secretary Yosuf Saeed Alabri said: “The aim of construction of these three courts is to enhance the quality of services offered to customers in line with highest international standards, contributing to the achievement of the strategic priority of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, in order to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of judicial operations, ensuring easy and comprehensive access to services.”
Last month, Musanada partnered with Abu Dhabi Municipality and the emirate’s Department of Municipalities and Transport to begin AED294.7m ($80.2m) worth internal road and infrastructure construction in Al-Sadr region.
