Milton Keynes Council has granted approval to Vistry Group, Homes England, and Paradigm Housing Group for the construction of new mixed-tenure homes at Tattenhoe Park.
Contracts have been finalised to advance the latest seventh phase of development at Tattenhoe Park.
Vistry’s Countryside Partnerships brand, in collaboration with Paradigm, will be delivering a total of 196 new homes at the site.
These will comprise a variety of private and affordable homes, with the affordable segment offering both affordable rent and shared ownership options.
The partnership with Homes England and Paradigm Housing is set to expedite the provision of affordable housing within this phase, with the first homes expected to be completed by mid-2025.
Vistry Central Home Counties managing director Verity MacMahon said: “Receiving planning permission for phase seven of Tattenhoe Park is a great reflection of the collaborative partnership between Vistry and our partners Homes England and Paradigm and we are thrilled to have reached this latest milestone.”

By GlobalDataThe development will include a diverse range of one- to four-bedroom affordable homes, alongside two- to five-bedroom private residences.
The new village-style neighbourhood at Tattenhoe Park is designed to offer an array of amenities and facilities.
Plans also include the creation of a play park and green open spaces within the development.
The location of the development ensures connectivity, with major transport links such as the M1, A421, and A5 in close proximity.
Additionally, the amenities of Milton Keynes’ town centre are easily accessible to residents.
This latest phase represents an achievement for Vistry, following the initiation of phase three at Tattenhoe Park in 2022.
Construction work on this phase is scheduled to commence towards the end of 2024, with completion targeted for mid-2027.
Earlier in the year, Vistry Group, alongside Bloor Homes, secured planning permission for a housing project in Leighton West, Crewe.
