Landry/French Construction has announced the acquisition of MH Williams Construction Group, a construction company based in Melbourne, Florida, US, for an undisclosed amount. 

The move is expected to benefit both entities. 

MH Williams will gain access to Landry/French’s preconstruction, building information modelling (BIM) and virtual design and construction (VDC) services.

The latest deal will also help Landry/French broaden its geographical footprint. 

Established in 1987, MH Williams has a presence in Brevard County, with more than 37 years of service.

MH Williams has a diverse portfolio of projects on Florida’s Space Coast, including office buildings, data centres for Fortune 500 companies, and developments across the healthcare, education, aviation, and hospitality sectors.  

The announcement follows an event where Landry/French Construction joined the City of Augusta for the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the new Police Station on 10 April this year.  

The grand opening celebrated the completion of the $20.5m facility, which is situated across from the City Hall on Willow Street.
