McShane Construction Company’s Southeast regional team has been awarded a contract to build a 461-unit multifamily community in Greenville, South Carolina, US.
The development is being undertaken for repeat client Flournoy Development Group, a multifamily design, development, and management company.
Spanning 21 acres along Tanner Road, the project will feature five four-storey apartment buildings, with 13 retail spaces, and a mix of 12 townhomes and three carriage homes.
The buildings will utilise wood framing and facades made with a combination of fibre cement lap cladding, brick, metal canopies, and standing seam metal roofing.
Amenities included comprise a grab-and-go market, a fitness centre, a hobby room, a dog park and pet spa, along with other facilities.
Residents will also have access to a resort-style swimming pool, outdoor entertainment areas with grilling stations, and a pool courtyard.

The project is expected to be completed by March 2027.
Dynamik Design has been appointed as the architect and Flournoy Properties Group will manage the community.
In addition to this project, McShane Construction, which engages in the construction of national industrial, multifamily, and commercial buildings, is working on three other developments for this client, including Ellison Mallard Creek in Charlotte, Ellison Cool Springs in Franklin, and District Eastside in Greenville.
