McLaren is further responsible for the execution of external roads, parking, and utility infrastructure.

Additionally, it will be in charge of hard landscaping and street design features that will integrate with the adjacent master plan and public spaces.

McLaren will deliver detailed architectural elements comprising a cantilevered roof canopy, along with circular hollow section columns.

The company will also install the facade and shading systems around the perimeter wall areas.

McLaren Construction preconstruction director Lyndon Hives said: “This unique community mall beautifully designed by local architectural practice LOCI, will bring both an important convenience through extensive retail partners as well as an enticing experience for all with exciting food and beverage options for the neighbourhood.”

In April this year, McLaren Construction was selected by British Land for the development of a multistorey logistics hub in Southwark, London, UK.
