US-based real estate development company McCourt Partners has announced a collaboration with TRU Development Company for an apartment building in Henderson, Nevada, US.
Said to be the latest in a pipeline of developments for McCourt Partners, the Class A apartment project with 244 units will be developed on nearly six acres at the gateway of the Inspirada master-planned community.
McCourt Partners president Jordan Lang said: “We’re delighted to expand our footprint to an exciting high-growth market where we see great potential.
“We are pleased to partner with TRU Development, who not only have a proven track record and intimate market knowledge but share our passion for building projects that have a meaningful impact on the communities they serve.”
In February, McCourt Partners bought a core piece of the Dallas Design District that sits on a pedestrian spur linking Katy Trail and the Strand, Dallas’ primary urban trails.
Dallas Design District is a real estate portfolio that covers over 40 acres and leased showroom, retail, and flex office space of approximately 800,000ft².
