Multifamily development company Vista Residential Partners has initiated construction on Main Street Vista, a 277-unit mixed-use community in Holly Springs, North Carolina, US.  

The development is to be situated on 11.7 acres of land at the intersection of N. Main Street and Holly Springs Road. 

Main Street Vista will feature approximately 19,000ft² of retail space and 11,000ft² designated for live-work units.  

The community will provide a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with an average size of roughly 1,050ft². 

Some of these apartments will have ground-floor office areas for lease, catering to tenants seeking for a work-from-home environment.

The project has secured financing from Dome Equities and two life insurance companies based in Ohio.  

Legal representation for the closing was provided by Krevolin & Horst from Atlanta, US.
