Mace and Corstorphine & Wright have been awarded positions on the second-generation Southern Construction Framework (SCF) Consult framework.
This is a construction procurement framework delivered by the public sector, for the public sector, in the south of England, UK.
The new SCF Consult framework offers clients more contracting and pricing options.
It allows public sector bodies to appoint suppliers for project, property, and asset consultancy services.
With the launch of this framework, organisations across London, the South East, and South West of England can now access services from Mace and Corstorphine & Wright.
These companies provide an array of services, including design, engineering, and surveying, as well as cost, project, and programme management.

By GlobalDataThe scope of the SCF Consult framework ensures support for projects from their inception to completion.
It encompasses planning, urban design, master planning, development consultancy, advisory services, multidisciplinary design, and decarbonisation and sustainability advice.
Mace has been appointed as the lead supplier for cost, project, and programme management while Corstorphine & Wright will be leading in design, engineering, surveying, and strategy.
Both suppliers are also available for full multidisciplinary project delivery commissions.
Mace Consult Property UK & Europe managing director Daniel Easthope said: “Our teams have delivered fantastic work through the SCF frameworks, ranging from theatres, research and police facilities, to schools and hospitals that have helped communities to thrive.
“Together with the framework owners, we have created exceptional value for clients across the South East and South West of the UK.”
This announcement comes on the heels of Mace’s selection earlier this month as the project manager for the new Cambridge Children’s Hospital.
