Consultancy and construction company Mace has announced the completion and handover of a new mixed-use development, One Za’abeel, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Mace was appointed to lead the project management of the luxury development.
Mace Consult managing director MEA Christopher Seymour said: “The newly completed One Za’abeel now stands proud as one of the most iconic buildings in this part of the world and we are honoured to have been able to have been project managers on this scheme.”
The development features a 230m-long steel and glass link, or skybridge, which spans a major four-lane motorway.
Suspended 100m above the ground, the link connects the project’s two towers and houses a rooftop infinity pool, fine dining restaurants, and a destination bar.
Tower A includes offices, hotel rooms, and serviced apartments while Tower B is predominately residential.
