UK-based contractor M Group Services has completed the acquisition of AgilityEco, a company that works in the home decarbonisation and energy efficiency sectors.  

Following this deal, AgilityEco will now become a part of M Group Services’ Energy Division and will continue to help its customers transition to greener homes and fulfil the UK’s net-zero ambitions.

The latest move will strengthen M Group Services’ energy division, opening new avenues for growth and development.  

AgilityEco’s asset-light business model and its alignment with long-term regulatory frameworks are said to complement M Group Services’ existing operations and strategic direction.  

The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed.
