BEYOND Developments has launched The Mural, a luxury real-estate project within the eight million square feet Dubai Maritime City master plan in the United Arab Emirates.
The Mural, located at the tip of Dubai Maritime City and adjacent to a master-planned forest, offers a blend of waterfront living and greenery.

The design by British company BENOY features two interlocking volumes that tilt towards the water and forest.
The design also includes landscaping on the development’s facade, with planters and terraces offering optimum natural light penetration.
Prospective residents can choose from a variety of accommodations, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, maisonettes, and a penthouse within the 36-storey tower.
The Mural will provide on-site amenities such as a gym, an infinity pool complex, BBQ and dining areas, a dedicated yoga zone, children’s play areas, and outdoor co-working spaces for remote workers.
The Sky Terrace on level 32 of the tower features whirlpool baths, tanning terraces, and sky dining options.
BEYOND’s portfolio, which already includes projects such as Saria, Orise, and Sensia, has drawn investors from across the globe.
The Mural represents the fourth project under BEYOND’s banner and is set for completion by the second quarter (Q2) of 2028.
