Bath & North East Somerset Council has selected Legal & General (L&G), in partnership with Bell hammer, as the development partner for Bath Quays North in the UK.
Bath Quays is the council’s flagship regeneration project, which is located on the north and south side of the river between Churchill Bridge and Green Park.
