Construction has commenced on additional Latitude Town Square amenities at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound in the US state of Florida.
The development is a collaborative effort between The St. Joe Company and Minto Communities, under a licence from Margaritaville Holdings.
It is located within the Bay-Walton Sector Plan, spanning around 110,500 acres and approximately 15 miles of frontage on the Intracoastal Waterway.
The community offers four home collections, with floor plans ranging from 1,210ft² to 2,568ft².
Minto Latitude Margaritaville Division president William Bullock said: “The initial phase of Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is anticipated to include 3,500 homes.
“There is tremendous potential for growth in this location and, based on the continuing strong demand for homes, we are well into design for the next section of homesites and amenities.”
