KB Home has announced the opening of Ashbury, its new single-family home community in the San Francisco Bay Area neighbourhood in Oakley, California, US.
The community features a distinguished collection of one-storey and two-storey homes that are personalised to reflect each buyer’s lifestyle and budget.
Every KB home has been designed to be ENERGY STAR certified using quality construction techniques and materials, making it economically viable for residents.
The homes also deliver an enhanced indoor environment, including high-performance ventilation systems and low or zero-VOC products.
Their features are guided by the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Indoor airPLUS standards.
The homes feature gourmet kitchens overlooking large great rooms and expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets.
Ranging in sizes from approximately 1,400ft² to 2,200ft², the community’s floorplans can feature four bedrooms.
The community also offers KB Home Office, which includes a personalised, dedicated room for users to work.
KB Home Northern California regional president Chris Apostolopoulos said: “Ashbury is situated in the heart of the Delta and close to Highway 4, as well as shopping, dining and area employers.
“In addition to the commuter-friendly location, Ashbury provides home shoppers the opportunity to purchase a personalised, new KB home at a price that fits their budget.”
KB Home provides homebuyers with choice, control and the ability to personalise their homes from homesites, floorplans to design features.
The KB Home team worked with homeowners for the development.
Homebuilder KB Home currently operates in 42 markets across eight US states.
