American housing developer JPI has begun construction on a 482-unit project, called ‘The Exchange at Riverside’, California, US.
This three-storey multifamily project will provide residents with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans alongside work and living quarters.
The units will be equipped with energy-efficient stainless-steel appliances and private tiered balconies, 9ft ceilings, and a full-sized washer and dryer.
Among the amenities to be provided at the project include two resort-style pools with cabanas and outdoor firepits, a fitness centre, an outdoor kitchen, co-working spaces, a pet park, an electric vehicle charging station, and a bicycle storage and repair room.
JPI CEO Payton Mayes said: “We are very blessed to be welcomed by the Riverside community and are excited about this project.
“Every project has a story, and there are so many people who played a role in the story of The Exchange at Riverside. We are so grateful for each and every one of you, and are excited to see this project come to life.”
