Integra Buildings, a UK-based modular construction company, has reported a record-breaking year with a turnover reaching £50.4m ($67.39m) in 2023 for the first time in its 27-year history.
The company’s financial performance for the year ending 31 December 2023 shows an 18% increase from the previous year, with pretax profits at £6.6m, increasing from £2.8m in 2022.

The success was bolstered by major contracts, including a £6m facility for a sports organisation and deals with clients such as Network Rail and Transport for London.
The company’s growth was supported by significant investments at its headquarters in Paull, near Hull, which include an expanded head office and sustainability initiatives.
With a robust order book and a promising pipeline, Integra aims to surpass £60m in turnover by 2025 and is investing in its workforce to sustain this growth trajectory.
Over the past six years, Integra’s team has more than doubled in size, growing from 80 to approximately 180 employees.
