Clark Contracts has finished the construction of Ian MacLeod Distillers’ new headquarters, named Peter Russell House, in Broxburn, Scotland, UK.
The construction was a collaborative effort, with Clark Contracts working alongside various partners.
The partners included Axiom Project Services, KJ Tait Engineers, Applied Engineering Design, Simon Laird Associates, and EPC Associates.
The new office is positioned within East Mains Industrial Estate, close to the company’s former head office and next to its bottling facility.
Ian MacLeod Distillers finance director Mike Younger said: “The new office is a transformation from our previous home. It is calming, open, and strikingly spacious.
“Clark Contracts followed the brief, respected our quality standards, and delivered the stunning building we hoped for.”

By GlobalDataSpanning 21,000ft², it comprises two wings connected by a glass atrium.
The steel-framed building also includes office space and a bar area.
Its exterior incorporates glazed lantern roof lights, inspired by the Doig Ventilator or ‘pagoda roof’.
The new building is intended to function as a hub for Ian Macleod Distillers’ diverse brands such as Glengoyne, Tamdhu, Edinburgh Gin, and Rosebank.
Clark Contracts’ in-house Manufactured Joinery Division provided a furniture package, comprising a reception desk, boardroom display units, timber screens, and cladding.
Clark Contracts director Michael Scanlan said: “It has been fantastic to be involved in the delivery of this high-quality development, which will provide collaborative workspace for Ian MacLeod Distillers staff, as well as an inviting space for their clients.
“We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with Ian Macleod Distillers on our current project at their Rosebank Distillery.”
Clark Contracts is currently engaged in another project for Ian MacLeod Distillers.
It is constructing car parking facilities at the Rosebank Distillery in Falkirk.
The latest announcement comes after Retail Trust appointed Clark Contracts for a £1m ($1.27m) renovation project at its Hugh Fraser Retirement Estate in Newton Mearns last month.
