The plan includes the demolition of properties at Serpentine Court, within the Lakes Estate, by 2027.

Pagabo South of England delivery head Ben Jones added: “Pagabo is really proud to have supported Milton Keynes City Council (MKCC) on such an important project for the community, and the city. We’ve worked with the project team at MKCC since early 2021 to support and deliver the procurement, via our Major Works 2020 framework.”
The development’s first phase will see the construction of 183 new homes, as well as new community amenities.
These amenities will comprise a nursery, a community hub, and two retail spaces, which are anticipated to house a pharmacy and a food takeaway service.
