Flournoy Development Group and JR West have broken ground on Ellison Nona, a multifamily project in the Lake Nona submarket of Orlando, Florida, US.
Spanning around 14.2 acres, the project will feature 377 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences designed to cater to a range of lifestyle needs.
The Class A community aims to offer a ‘distinguished’ living experience with a variety of amenities.
The development’s clubhouse will comprise a fitness centre, a virtual golf simulator, a yoga and spin studio, and a pool facing Lake Whippoorwill.
Outdoor amenities encompass a pickleball court, a dog park, a grilling pavilion, and several lakefront docks.
Modern work-from-home trends, featuring coworking spaces, conference rooms, and an integrated leasing and mailroom facility with a minimarket are planned as part of the development.
Furthermore, the community will include security features such as gated access, tuck-under garages, and a surface parking facility for 593 vehicles.
Flournoy Development Group president and CEO Blake Breimann said: “This unique location in Lake Nona provides unparalleled access to major employment centres, world-class healthcare, and exceptional lifestyle amenities.”
Located along the Narcoossee Road corridor, the community offers access to FL-417, the Lake Nona Town Center, and Orlando International Airport.
Residents will also have access to a public walking trail that connects adjacent properties, along with a two-storey clubhouse with lakefront amenities.
The area is in proximity to the Brightline high-speed rail system at the airport, providing links to Miami, West Palm Beach, and prospective locations such as Walt Disney World.
The project team for Ellison Nona includes Forum Architecture & Interior Design as the architect, FaverGray as the contractor. Kimley-Horn is serving as the civil engineer.
Flournoy Properties Group will manage the community.
