Construction has commenced on the final phase of detached homes at Spring Valley Village in Brampton, Canada, Ballantry Homes’ 330-unit master-planned community.
The ground-breaking ceremony, which took place near Queen St and Chinguacousy Blvd, was attended by Brampton’s mayor Patrick Brown, city officials, community leaders, and local stakeholders.
Brown said: “I want to thank Ballantry Homes for building great homes in Brampton for the past 25 years.
“This is a beautiful location to live. Serving a growing population of over 700,000 residents with more than 250 cultures speaking 115 different languages, our priority is building a modern, inclusive city that reflects the needs of our community.”
With more than 300 homes already constructed, Spring Valley Village is claimed to feature high-quality design and attention to detail.
The latest phase features all detached homes with fully finished basements.
