Eiffage, through its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Goyer, has secured the Paris – SCOPE commercial building renovation contract from Société Foncière Lyonnaise.
The project entails a structural overhaul of the former Natixis headquarters in France on a general contracting basis.

It will also include the construction of a ‘service pavilion’ offering services such as meeting rooms and a business centre.
Situated in the 12th district of Paris, the 17-storey high-rise block, dating back to 1974, will undergo restructuring work.
This will involve the demolition of the lower levels to redevelop the forecourt and create an extension, the replacement of the facades, roofing work, and architectural and technical enhancements.
The complex will have a total floor area of roughly 25,600m² upon completion.

The renovation is targeting six labels and certifications: Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method, Haute Qualité Environnementale, Biodivercity, BBCA New, BBC Effinergie Renovation, and CircoLab.
