The Abou Qir Metro line, which will stretch about 22km from Abo Qir to Misr Station, will have a 15.5km elevated section and a 6km ground-level section, following the existing railway line.
Along the elevated section, 14 new metro stations will be constructed, including stations such as Abu Qir, El Maamoura, Montazah, and Victoria.
