Dubai Municipality has introduced its Building Intelligence Platform at the World Government Summit (WGS) 2025.
The digital platform offers data on the emirate’s buildings, supporting sustainable urban planning and investment decisions, reported WAM.
The platform is a strategic initiative by Dubai Municipality to foster a clear and integrated vision for the country’s urban landscape.
It provides detailed building data and analytics, aiding investors, developers, and urban planners with information to align their projects with Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33.
This intelligence tool is also stated to be designed to enhance Dubai’s competitiveness by promoting transparency and innovation in the real-estate and urban planning sectors.
It offers insights on building specifics such as the number of floors, height, and gross floor area, along with usage classifications for residential and commercial units.
