Saudi Arabia-based developer Dar Al Arkan has commenced work on its first European luxury residential project, Sidra.
Sidra is a vacation and housing project in Bosnia.
Encompassing an area of 500,000m2, Sidra is expected to become the largest single real estate project in the Balkan nation, claimed Dar Al Arkan.
The $133m project will feature 20,000 local trees and offer a gated community of villas and residential plots.
The Sidra project will feature restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarkets, a community mosque, a clubhouse, and a five-star hotel.
Its location is close to a wide range of attractions including natural caves, rivers, and natural reserves and parks.
