Specifically, this building will offer 42 homes at London affordable rent and 132 homes available for shared ownership.
The wider scheme will include 2,100m² of office space and 318m² of flexible commercial space, designed for local businesses and stimulating job creation.
In addition, the development will feature communal gardens and public spaces along Merrick Road.
The site will also offer landscaped areas, play spaces, and amenities.
Vistry CEO Greg Fitzgerald said: “We are delighted to be appointed on this fantastic new development in Ealing, working with one of our established partners.
“Not only are we bringing forward 575 much‐needed new mixed‐tenure homes for the local community, but the scheme is also facilitating new job and apprenticeship opportunities for local residents.”
This comes after Vistry’s selection to construct 140 new homes in Lockleaze, Bristol, earlier this month.
