Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) has marked the start of construction of the ‘Immersive Tower by DIFC’ development with a ground-breaking ceremony in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The new Dh1.1bn ($272.26m) commercial property conceptualised by AEDAS and developed by DAR Group is set to be a 37-storey mixed-use building.
It aims to cater to the growing demand for premium office spaces within DIFC’s ecosystem and will be located adjacent to Daman Tower, overlooking the ICD Brookfield tower.
Immersive Tower will provide 58,573m² of office space and approximately 10,596m² of retail space.
Additionally, more than 680m² at the site has been allocated for amenities.
The project will offer office units ranging from 60m² to 158m² and tenants access to a Members’ Club, which spans the tower’s 26th, 27th, and 28th floors.
