Consigli Building Group has finalised the acquisition of portions of Lendlease’s construction operations in New York City (NYC) and New Jersey (NJ), US.
The acquisition includes a portfolio of projects valued at more than $1.8bn, which encompasses both under-contract and preconstruction phases.
This move will see more than 400 employees joining Consigli from Lendlease.
Consigli’s portfolio of projects includes Harvard University, Tozzer Anthropology Consolidation Project; First Bristol Corporation, Hilton Garden Inn, and more.
Lendlease Americas CEO Claire Johnston said: “Consigli’s commitment to excellence and aligned values mean our people have found a great home at Consigli, and their expanding construction portfolio continues with exciting future opportunities.”
Lendlease, an Australia-headquartered integrated real estate group, includes projects such as the National September 11 Memorial & Museum, the Central Park Tower, Columbia University, and more.
